Shipping Policies
Orders ship FOB shipping point with insurance charges paid by the customer. We do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO addresses.
DQE will ship prepay and add or ship third-party on your carrier account.

Most in-stock orders ship the next business day. DQE is located in Central Indiana, the Crossroads of America, so Ground Service for stocked products is never more than a few days away!
Freight Paid Shipping Policy
Orders $10,000 and above with delivery within the contiguous U.S. may qualify for freight paid. DQE reserves the right to assess shipping charges for any special or unforeseen circumstances. Freight paid shipping exclusions are as follows:
- Distributors with contract pricing and other existing rebate offers
- Overpack container products and collection barrels
- Custom products and special orders
- Accessorial shipping services are not included
