EM211: Hospital Incident Management Team

This course presents the roles and functions of the Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Finance sections within the standard ICS-based organization. Several examples are given to highlight the application of these sections and positions. This course also introduces a key tool called a Job Action Sheet, developed for hospitals by the Emergency Medical Services Authority in California.
