Terms & Conditions
Your satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to accept most return requests if you are not satisfied within 30 days of sale. Products manufactured by DQE carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects. In addition, DQE offers one free replacement part over the life of any shower we manufacture (part code from product insert required). Warranties for products manufactured by companies other than DQE are subject to the limits and restrictions listed by the respective manufacturer. Contact DQE for details on specific manufacturer warranties. DQE reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if a product has been mishandled or abused. DQE reserves the right to refund, replace or repair a warranted product at its discretion.
All orders are subject to approval by DQE Inc., Indianapolis, IN. Orders will be acknowledged within 24 business hours of receipt and can be placed by email or phone with VISA/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX or purchase order. Orders placed on the web or by purchase order are considered contractual and subject to the cancellation policy.
Prices are net and subject to change without notice. The pricing in effect on the date the order is received is the amount that will be charged.
Payment may be made by check, purchase order on approved credit terms, or credit card (VISA/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX). Standard credit terms are Net 30 days. Accounts will be assessed a 1.5% late fee per month on the overdue balance.
Sales or other taxes are added to the invoice as required. Tax-exempt customers must include proof of sales tax exemption with an order.
All orders are FOB Origin unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. Freight and insurance are billed to the customer. DQE will not deliver to a PO, APO, or FPO address.
All returns and order cancellations must be authorized by DQE Customer Service and are subject to inspection and restock fee. Returns must include a DQE issued RMA number and must arrive within 30 days of authorization. Return requests after 30 days from sale, if approved, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be eligible for DQE credit only. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and carrier insurance is recommended. Returns without proper RMA number will be refused at delivery. Any returns unfit for resale will not be refunded or credited.
Return and cancellation requests will be denied in the following cases:
- Custom, non-stock, or special-order items
- Items ordered in support of a disaster related event are not eligible for return
- Products within our Mass Casualty medical surge line
- PPE products that have been opened
- Large orders exceeding our normal stocking quantities
